You need to email these guys to get your free sample. While the promo only allows you to enter your ‘zip’ code they do accept Canadians (as you can see in the terms and conditions), but you need to email them with your details. So you can email Goodnights here (its a online contact form) and make sure you enter that you want the freebie but you live in Canada, so tell them; your address, boys/girls underpants and size and they should honor it.
The free sample is for goodnites underpants for kids. You get to chose whether you want boys or girls and also the size.
