I always like to listen to new music especially when we can download it for free and it’s legal! Urban Outfitters has partnered with the Pitchfork music festival to offer everyone 26 songs for free. The Pitchfork music festival presents more than 40 independent bands and artists during a 3 day event. This is happening this weekend (July 15th-17th) at Chicago’s Union Park from 3 to 10pm on Friday and noon to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.
We’ve listened to the songs today while working (oh yes we do work sometimes!) and there were quite a few interesting ones from artists that I didn’t know before. If you’re constantly looking for new bands and songs, than I recommend you to download this. Who knows? You might fall in love with one of the songs.
I almost forgot to tell you not to get too distracted by the page of Urban Oufitters where you can download the songs. I think it’s horrible and finding information on this page can easily become a nightmare ;)
