We are having a little difficulty with the whole time zone business, and people commenting in the wrong place. So sometimes we have to move the comments to the correct page (in case you have noticed your comment being moved from the 12 days of Christmas page), but we have closed that page for comments now to make it clearer.

So I think as long as a comment has been made on a day that the comments are still open for this will be easier, rather than the 12am EST deadline.
