This is a great promotion from Air Canada. Book a trip to Beijing or Shangai before the end of September and save up to 20% on your ticket. Depending on what your travel dates are you’ll be able to save either 20% or 15%, note that there is a different code for each offer.
The 15% discount is valid for travel between January 1st and April 30th 2013 (blackout dates: January 2nd to January 15th) while the 20% off one is valid for travel between October 23rd and December 29th 2012 (blackout dates: December 12th to December 19th).
If you still have some vacation days to take before Christmas and you have the budget for traveling, Asian cities are always impressive. I’ve been to a few capital cities in Asia, the last one being Taipei in Taiwan, and it’s really fun to visit. It’s so different from our big cities here in North America.

I spotted this new logo on the Air Canada site and I think that this is a fantastic change! The airlines now have to include all taxes, fees and surcharges in the ticket price. This means no more bad surprises when checking out to buy tickets online only to find out that the final price is double what was originally indicated.
“*This offer is available on new bookings only. The discount applies exclusively right here at aircanada.com on Air Canada published fares when booking on aircanada.com and cannot be combined with any other offer. The discount applies to the base fare only. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges are not discounted. This offer is valid on Air Canada operated flights (includes Jazz, Tier 3 and Air Canada Vacations) as indicated only. Codeshare flights are excluded.”
