First, let me start off by saying that I’ve never really browsed the selection Puma has to offer online; mainly because I have a friend that works for a competitor so I have a tendency to buy from there (I get their stuff at a discount). I was stuck in the mindset that Puma was purely just for running shoes and that I wouldn’t be able to find anything that would suit my frugal-gal style. When stores announce, however, that there’s a friends and family sale going on, I make a point of at least seeing what’s up for grabs. So I did just that.
I did not expect to fall in love with these Puma Ballerina Flats and, before today, wasn’t even aware that Puma designed Ballerina flats. I agree with all you naysayers, that the shoe is overpriced even with the 40% offer, but I’m willing (if the budget allows it) to pay for a good quality shoe that will last me a few years. And Puma has a solid reputation.
