We always get promotions from Toronto Zoo, but I believe this is the first promotion we have heard of for Calgary Zoo. Basically freebie hunters need to get a UPC from select Kellogs cereal boxes and bring it to Calgary Zoo on the 19th (only) of June 2011 to get a free kids pass with a paying adult.
Look out at the supermarket for ‘Kelloggs Frosted Flakes’ and take the bottom flap with you to the zoo.
I bet you can guess why this promotion is running. It’s in celebration of Fathers Day. But the paying adult can be a man or woman, it’s not limited to dad’s.
Claimants should check this image for more details on where to find the correct UPC, it also contains some T&C’s and more info which is interesting. For example the Calgary Zoo classifies a child to be between the ages of 3-15 years old. I don’t think under 3’s have to pay (don’t quote me on that, but it would be strange to expect a baby to be charged).
You can check out more info on the Calgary Zoo website, to see what kind of animals they have and promotions, for example they are running a Fathers Day brunch at the Zoo which sounds interesting. The admission charges are listed on this page. Their gates open at 9am and close at 5pm daily. Visitors may also be interested in the maps and directions to get there.
