Known as Pharmaprix in Quebec and Shoppers Drug Mart to the rest of Canadians, it’s rare to see such an amazing promotion at Canada’s largest retail pharmacy chain. Exclusively on Feb 28th 2014, save $10 on orders of $50 or more at participating locations.
Though like me, many of you may be thinking to yourself that now is the time to save on beauty products, the coupon isn’t valid on “prestige cosmetics and fragrances”, we recommend that you check your local store if it’s applicable on the items you’re looking to save on. Either way, it’s a fabulous promotion and worth a trip to the nearest location!
Not valid on: prescription purchases, products with codeine, tobacco products (where applicable), stamps, milk where discounts are prohibited
by law, passport photos, lottery tickets, event tickets, transit tickets and passes,
electronic gift cards, prepaid phone cards, prestige cosmetics and fragrances, and
Shoppers Home Health Care locations. Limit of one coupon per transaction per customer.

Update: We just added the new coupon that expires March 6th, 2014. Enjoy!
Finding your nearest Bulk Barn isn’t too hard and neither is spending $10 there (especially if you have a sweet tooth like me). Upon doing so, you will now be rewarded by getting $3 off for your troubles with this printable coupon that we have been given access to by Bulk Barn.
Bulk Barn sell everything from nuts to sweets. I know sweets are probably never actually ‘good’ for you, but nuts can be. In fact, check out this fun article on the benefits of different nuts (I think I’ll definitely be eating more cashew nuts from now on).

If your flowers need a bit of a helping hand this upcoming Spring then this printable coupon for Miracle Grow might just do the trick.
Until the 19th Home Depot are giving away coupons for $2 off Miracle grow in store only. Unless you live in a really rural area it shouldn’t be too tough to find your nearest Home Depot store.
The Miracle Grow must be in a bag format and cost more than $5 (I think most of their products are more than that anyway, but it’s a shame about it not being applicable on liquids). Whats cool is that the coupon states that you may use it 2 times, so it might be wise to stock up (and save $4) if you buy a lot of this plant aid.
I used some Miracle grow for flowers last year. I wanted to use some for some flowers and herbs I was growing, but the friendly staff at the Home Depot told me that I shouldn’t use it for anything I was actually going to eat, which was useful. The flowers came out super nice too–until I left the house for a long weekend and the sun decided to show its ugly teeth and burn nearly all of them. What’s good is that they have different grades for different solutions, i.e. if you want a really good starting growth, or for more mature plants, or for flowering plants, or even indoor vs outdoor, so my advice would be to talk to a store representative to find out which one is best for you.

Monthly visits (or every 6 weeks) to the hairdresser’s can sure amount to a lot of money spent that can otherwise easily be saved. If you want hair that looks like you just came out of the professional’s chair every day, then TRESemmé may be the solution to your problems. Better yet, try out any of their products and save $1.50. As we mentioned last time, it turns out that Sirens releases a $5 off coupon to all of its Facebook fans on a monthly basis! Though this is a printable coupon, it can also be shown at checkout via a mobile device.
But since shopping online is easier, you can also enter the code SHOP4FANS to save at their official website: SirensFashion.com.
In case you need shopping inspiration, be sure to also check out their lookbook. Though only the one for September and previous months is currently available, it doesn’t mean that it can’t help to find interesting item pairings (perhaps even from the sale section in time for next year)!
How often do you shop at Sirens?

With winter right around the corner and the imminent need for winter tires, some car owners may also be facing the cost of an oil change. Since the oil in a car really does need to be changed every 5,000 km, you might as well save a bit by printing the coupons below for up to $10 off an oil change using Quaker State products.
While you can most certainly opt for skipping the much recommended oil change, thinking perhaps that it’s just a quick way for mechanics to make extra money, fact of the matter is an oil change is absolutely essential to the smooth running of a car. This is because clean oil provides for better lubrication, it acts as a coolant and it prevents nasty particles from getting built up in the filter. It’s one of the least expensive methods to maintain a workable vehicle, or rather, not changing the oil is probably one of the most sure fire ways to kill a car prematurely, and definitely void a warranty. See Jeff’s quick and concise article on how to reduce a vehicles running cost if you’re generally interested in saving money (which I bet you are if you’re reading this post).
Keep in mind that once you click on the coupon you would like to print, you will be able to find a participating location to redeem it on the next page.

I won’t lie, as much as I’m all about trying to eat healthy with salads, brown bread and more fruits, if an A&W pops into my field of vision as I’m shopping at the mall, then all bets are off and I’m the first to order a delicious Mama Burger.
With the rising food costs however, it may sometimes be more tempting to wait until you get home to eat, which in case you haven’t heard, isn’t particularly great for weight loss. Staying hungry for an extended period of time pushes the body to try and hold onto anything it can (i.e. fat) rather than burning it as many would believe.
Print instead these coupons from A&W and keep them in your wallet, purse or car to make sure that you’re prepared during the next shopping trip at the mall, especially as you stroll by the food court and see an A&W stall.
With a total of 12 coupons available for printing, you’re sure to find one just right for you! Among these you will find:
- Teen Combo: 2 for $9.99
- Mama Burger for just $2
- Chubby Chicken 3′ Strip Combo for $6.50
- 2 Bacon ‘n Egger Combo for $6.50
- Click below to see all the other great deals!

When it comes to saving money, home canning is probably one of the best ways to do so. Not only that, but it’s also a much healthier alternative than buying canned food loaded with preservatives and goodness knows what else at the grocery store. For those who have been considering giving canning a try, then be sure to print the coupon below for $5 off a Bernardin Starter Kit.
The Bernardin Home Canning Starter Kit includes: An instructional DVD, a 21 quart canner, a canning rack, a jar lifter, a funnel, a magnetic lid lifer, bubble remover, decorative jam jars with lids, pectin as well as recipes.
I purchased this same starter kit a couple of months ago and I have to say that I was surprised to see just how amazing it is: it truly does contain everything you need to get started on canning. After “googling” each piece separately, I also found out that it was a much better bargain to get it as a kit rather than piece by piece. Keep in mind that you will still need to buy regular-sized jars separately because the ones included are far too small, but don’t worry these are usually less than $6.
Do you can? Share with us your tips and tricks either below or on our Forum!

Here’s something I bet you didn’t know — at least I didn’t: every month, Sirens releases a $5 off printable coupon! Until August 31st 2013, present the coupon below to save $5 on in-stores orders of $25 or more. There’s no catch, there’s no “Like” required on Facebook; just print and go.
Although the coupon has a limit of one per transaction as well as one per customer, it’s easy to by-pass that by rounding up a couple of friends and family members to help and pass half of your order separately, or come back the next day to pick up the rest with a different coupon.
I don’t usually shop at Sirens, but I had the chance to visit one a few months ago. It’s not really my style of clothing — honestly — but I found a couple items that I really fell for. There was a drop necklace with a feather attached to it that I picked up for a decent price and some nice tanks perfect for summer.
What do you plan on picking up, frugal-friends?
