Thanks for contacting us. I just checked the Terms & Conditions of this offer and I found out that it excludes the following brands: UGG Australia, Juicy Couture, Armani Jr and Diesel. If that still doesn’t help you with your order, I think you should probably contact The Bay customer service directly. They will be able to tell you why it doesn’t work.

Only works if you have a HBC credit card. Misleading as there was already a coupon which clearly showed it was for HC credit card use.
I’m not sure to which coupon this comment applies, but we normally indicate when a HBC credit card needs to be used to enjoy the discount.
Don’t hesitate should you have more information on that.
