I couldn’t find code in new window, the space to add was empty and there was nothing I could do about it!
I’m not sure which coupon you’re talking about, but it’s normal that the coupon doesn’t appear in the new window. If it’s a green one, it means that there is no code needed and the discount should automatically be applied in the new window. The blue coupon has a PIN and a coupon code that need to be entered at the right box at checkout.
