Chapters Indigo Coupons,

Does not seem to work as of yet. Called chapters and they gave me 5$ in my online account as a gesture. However it is just a one time thing though. When do they usually start to be valid?
Hey Anita! :)
They are suppose be valid as of the 1st of the month, it’s odd that it wasn’t! Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.
I recently took my grandchildren (5 and 7 years old) to a Chapters store here in Calgary for the sole purpose of purchasing a book for each of them. However, when we got into the children’s book section, we immediately encountered shelves full of toys which distracted the children to such an extent that it was close to impossible to get them to pick out a book. I think that the next time I take these children to a book store, it will be truly a BOOK store, not a toy store.
ANNE WALKER
Hi Anne, I know what you mean. Especially with children. I have a slight issue with adverts on TV geared towards children–not everyone can and should get kids stuff they see on TV. I haven’t seen Chapters do this in my local store, perhaps it is not a company decision, but a store one. They do however have a starbucks in my local one, which nearly always makes me end up buying a coffee I didn’t go in for.
