The first thing you see on their homepage when you go to rent a car is the option to put in an offer code (BCD), a fastbreak code (BCN) and a coupon code. Make sure your coupon code (found above) is entered correctly; on the left-hand side there’s a display which also features the coupons that are active, pay particular attention to this to see if the offer get’s validated and applies before proceeding.
Budget also offers a “Pay now” rate, which means even more savings (although only slightly). Make sure to read all the fine print available; including the options that they offer.
