Right of the bat I smoke, I know it’s horrible and I am killing myself slowly but every time I think of it I actually want a cigarette more, it really sucks. I have tried patches and they actually did work for a year but as always I fell off the wagon. I thought I would share with you all what I am going to try next, it’s called the safe cig. I read as much as I could about the safe cig and it seems to be just water and nicotine, which legally you can smoke in restaurants and bars which is super cool. I would like to know if it can actually help you get off smoking for good, I would hate to replace one habit with another, but having said that there is no tar or nasty chemicals (apart from the nicotine) in the cigarette. I haven’t seen anyone smoking these and I am not sure what people would make of it, so it would be great if someone else could write a review of these products, I would really like to stop smoking and would like to hear if this is the answer for me.
